Cricket Club Summer Ball 2011, for 500 guests
This is one of our popular designs for the large fundraiser balls, a 12m wide clearspan is used as a dining and dancing marquee with an additional 9m clearspan adjoining as a drinks reception marquee.
- The 9m marquee is extended through to create a kitchen area which is separated from the reception area by a false wall.
- Off from the reception marquee there is a 3m wide x 6m walkway leading to a 6m x 6m pagoda.
- Both small marquees have no walls and are used as an extra reception area, and then can be used as shelter for smokers throughout the night.
- There are various bars dotted around the marquee to accommodate the large number of guests as well as being close by for the guest’s convenience.
- A centralised dance floor becomes the focal point of the marquee and creates a symmetrical theme down the centre, this is also convenient for walking distance for all guests.
The reception area includes, various furniture such as poseur cocktail tables and sofas for relaxing. Overall this marquee design is a typical design for large events and provides both adequate space around the marquee whilst being cost effective.
